KNIPSE, the self-built Alaskan Skiff (also known as "Tolman Skiff"), and its builder mathematician Friedhelm Würfel face their first true mutual challenge: Early Spring 2009 they set-out from Gävle northward to explore the little travelled Northern coast of Sweden. The journey of roughly 800 nautical miles turned out to be a spectacular experience, documented in pictures and text in this book. Beyond his personal impressions about the country and its people, the author wishes to convey to the reader his own enthusiasm about the boat trip along the Swedish coast by including useful information about harbors and their approach as well as the planning and execution of the trip.

The book has 176 pages and is written in German. But its more than 150 pictures speak an international language ;-)
